Dr. Jerry E. Hudson

Jerry E. Hudson served as president of Willamette University for 17 years and executive vice president of the Collins Foundation for 11 years. He has been involved on the boards of the PGE Foundation, the Collins Foundation, Oregon Historical Society (OHS), Japanese Garden Society of Oregon, The Library Foundation and the Chalkboard Project. He is current board president of OHS. Jerry has a B.A. in History at Lipscomb University in Nashville; M.A. and Ph.D. in American History from Tulane University in New Orleans; and Honorary Doctorates from Pepperdine University, Tokyo International University, Willamette University and University of Portland. Jerry lives in Portland with his wife Ann.
