Jay Clemens

Jay is owner/CEO of Turtledove Clemens, one of the Northwest's leading integrated marketing communications agencies with offices in Portland and Seattle. His firm specializes in tourism, hospitality and retail. During the past 35 years he has worked with Wendy's, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Oil Can Henry's, Kitchen Kaboodle, Clackamas County Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Timberline Lodge and Ski Area, and Oregon's Mt. Hood Territory. Jay is a past Board Member of American Marketing Association, Junior Achievement, The Better Business Bureau, Clackamas County Arts Alliance and currently serves on several corporate boards. An amateur artist himself, he also has an art gallery downtown Portland with all sales commissions donated to local arts organizations.

Through vision, leadership, and service, the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) works to integrate arts and culture in all aspects of community life. RACC serves the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Region, including Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.
