RACC elects two new board members

The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) is pleased to welcome two new members to its board of directors for FY2011-12.
Mike Golub is the chief operating officer of the Portland Timbers, and oversees all business operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in professional sports marketing and management, including a wealth of experience in Portland and the Pacific Northwest. He is immediate past chair of the board of Portland Center Stage and serves on the boards of Children's Cancer Association and Oregon Sports Authority.
Phillip Hillaire is a member of the Lummi Tribe. He is involved in protecting tribal sovereignty, cultures, arts and traditions. He has coordinated fundraising events for Native Arts and Cultures Foundation, and planned conferences and handled communications for the Affiliated Tribes of the Northwest Indians. He is currently helping to coordinate the 68th National Congress of American Indians Annual Convention and Marketplace in Portland, Oregon.
