Executive Director sought by MATI (Media, Arts & Technology Institute)

MATI seeks an Executive Director to steward our mission of serving young people through programming that unites artists, media professionals, educators, kids and community partners under a shared vision of assuring student success. MATI specializes in multimedia programming that integrates K-12 Literacy, Arts and Technology. MATI’s collaborative educational process is holistic and student-centered in its effort to prepare our youth, especially underserved youth, to become informed, skilled, literate and compassionate global citizens of tomorrow.

Key roles include collaborating with the board of directors, supervising a program manager, overseeing contracted artists and volunteers, shaping and fulfilling strategic goals and managing fiscal and development activities.

MATI seeks an executive director who is willing to work closely with the board of this small company in securing funding for this position. Starting salary is competitive in relation to the size of our organization, experience of the candidate and our ability to raise the necessary funds.
