OMPA Scholastic Program Scholarship for Oregon High School Students

Awarded to a media arts education program that serves High-School students within Oregon. Awarded based on a record of accomplishments, and quality of submitted materials.

Parameters of Scholarships
1. Open to any education program, project or workshop serving high-school students within the state of Oregon.
2. Eligible institutions include any accredited public or private (non-profit) educational institution or department within such an institution.
3. Program must prepare students for a career or coursework in one of the following fields: journalism, film, video, audio, photography, or multi-media.

Types of aid:
1. Monetary grants
2. Sponsorships for specific programs
3. Donations of equipment and hardware
4. Donations of software
5. Funding for projects

Scholarship Submissions Must Include (Please provide 3 copies of the submissions materials)
1. Letter of Intent, including a history and description of scholastic project or program, and the needs the scholarship would meet
2. Short biography of project manager
3. Any appropriate collateral material or press clippings about the program
